Delta 8 THC, like CBD, is one of over 100 cannabinoids present in cannabis/hemp plants.

Much like its cousin Delta 9 THC, it is similar. The two most well-known cannabinoids are THC (delta 9) which gets you elevated, and CBD which does NOT. Delta-8 is somewhere in between. Most will report it has intoxicating effects like (delta-9), but not as intense.
